in spring 2023 i was invited to design six 4ft x 8ft panels for the el camino college aso and icc Student organizations. they wanted me to design something simple enough for non artistic students to paint and create. They would paint this together as a team building and bonding event for their organizations and to be hung on the el camino college campus as a legacy art mural project. Myself and a few of the other art gallery staff prepped the panels as well as added finishing touches.
the colors selected were based on the El Camino college colors as well as the yellow, influenced from the ICC brand colors
